Photography:
The idea of the Photo Kids Telwatte Project is to give the children of Telwatte the opportunity to develop their own artistic style by using the photographic medium. The organisers hope they will be enabled thus to see the good sides of life and happiness - in a country that has been split by war for over 25 years. Most of the kids were /are effected by the tsunami of 2004 and are not given the chance to work on the psychological issues they might have. Of course the organisers do not expect to solve all their problems but intend to try to make them happy as possible for as much time as possible with the means available in photography. The organisers are Ven Devamitta, Ven Ariyadhamma and Georg, the blogmaster.
